🔒 Buckle Clasp Options
Choose from two types of plastic side-release buckles:
Breakaway Buckle (commonly used for cat collars): Releases automatically under ~11 lbs of pressure to reduce choking risk if caught
Non-Breakaway Buckle (commonly used for dog collars): Stays securely fastened under tension — ideal for leash use or added security
Both buckle styles appear the same but function differently. Want a more durable option? Upgrade to a metal buckle by selecting the upgrade option when ordering.
